Joint venture with Boeing on civil programs (Boeing, 80%) announced in 7/18 (in response to Bombardier's link with Airbus); was to be renamed Boeing Brasil Commercial (announced 24/5/19); full approval by relevant authorities repeatedly delayed; partnership agreement terminated unilaterally by Boeing on 25/4/20. Type Certificates transferred in 2019 to Yabora Industria Aeronautica SA, 1/1/22 back to Embraer.
