Planned to be reorganized as Air Serbia in 4/2011, later abandonned. Purchase bid received in 10/11 from Baltic Aviation Systems, abandonned 12/11. Announced 22/10/12 to be reorganized with a 49% capital investment from Etihad Airways; formal MoU signed on 17/6/13, purchase completed on 1/8/13; to be renamed Air Serbia (was initially planned to be Jat Serbian Airlines from 15/12/12, then Serbian Airlines effective 27/10/13).
