Purchased 17/6/11 by Ukraininan-owned Cyprus-based Manswell Enterprises (also owner of Skyways and City Airline) with an initial 70.8% share planned to be increased to full ownership. Entered bankrupcy on 3/5/12 and ceased operations. Resumed limited services on 5/5/12 on SAS routes. Management buy-out and renamed Cimber A/S on 15/5/12.
