Announced on 18/7/18 its intent to form a joint holding company with Air Nostrum, Spain; plan approved in 7/19 by EU Commission (again in 3/23). Suspended operations on 19/3/20 due to COVID-19. Entered bankrupcy protection on 17/4/20, exited on 13/8/20. Resumed limited services on 19/9/20.
