Partially purchased in early 1971 by EAS. Regular cargo services transferred on 1/9/71 to EAS. After the death of JC Roussel on 9/4/72,Trans-Union was purchased by actor Alain Delon, then resold in 1973 (after the project to import 2 707s was rejected) to Irwin Rosenthal and Judas Azuelos. Ceased operations on 6/9/74, and liquidated in 1975.
